A+ is a Christian charity which aims to challenge young people physically, socially & spiritually, and to encourage them to live life to the max (John 10 ¹⁰) through outdoor adventure & education. We work in four main areas:

+ DISTIL: Discipleship, Training, Instructor & Leadership programme

+ MAP: Mobile Adventure Provision across the UK

+ Total Adventure Holidays: the Christian adventure holiday

+ AIm: working with young people 'at risk'

Our Mission Statement is to provide:

+ You will have the chance to find where you stand as we study and discuss the ins and outs of life as a Christian.

Why is it called the Distil Programme?

	D	the year is a mix of Discipleship, leadership and activity
	I	activity instructor training. The outworking of the this is our work with
	S	hundreds of young people through the year and…
	T	it is really important to ‘distil’ early in the year your goals for
	I	personal and spiritual development – so that you really can make
	L	the most of your time with A+

The Distil training year costs £2,500. You can of course fund-raise towards this amount. A: will support an application to your church for short term missions support, fund raising events or letters to family & friends towards your costs for the year. It would also be great if they would pray for you before & during the year. You will receive: a monthly food allowance (£120); accommodation locally; and training in a range of activities which could include:
